Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Verification Executive to assist in document collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the banking/ financial sector and be willing to travel as needed to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the collection of documents from clients.
• Support the recovery process by visiting clients as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to field activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback to the recovery team to enhance process efficiency.
Qualifications :
• 1-2 years of job experience (included field visits) in the banking/ financial sector.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license, two-wheeler vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
