Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive at Lenexis FoodWorks Pvt Ltd located in Ahmedabad. The Training Executive will be responsible for conducting training programs and workshops for our employees, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and implementing training strategies to improve employee performance. The Training Executive will also collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and provide support in employee development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Managment
• Prior experience in QSR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
