Key Responsibilities :
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems (e.g., IT hardware, telecommunications equipment, industrial machinery) at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, or system failures.
• Provide on-site technical support and address client concerns in a timely manner.
• Document and track service visits, repair work, and customer interactions using internal systems.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform system upgrades and replacements as required.
• Test and inspect equipment to ensure functionality before and after installation.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of company products and services, staying up-to-date with technological developments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule service calls and manage time effectively.
• Travel to customer sites and work in various environments as required.
