Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members
providing IT Support
uf0b7 Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned
to the same
uf0b7 Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive
performance of the team
uf0b7 Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier
relationship
uf0b7 Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members
uf0b7 Regularly reviews the work and performance of peer team members in alignment to project
deliverables and ensures team achieves specific performance metrics
uf0b7 Work on Day to Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework
uf0b7 Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommision ) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers
and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as
required )
uf0b7 Supports team in business process improvements uf0b7 Includes 1-3 years managerial/leadership experience
uf0b7 Experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed
uf0b7 Exposure to ITIL & Project Management Methodologies
uf0b7 Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc
uf0b7 Strong negotiation skills
uf0b7 Demonstrated strong leadership of personnel and of business objectives
uf0b7 Advanced verbal and written communication skills
uf0b7 Ability to physically perform general office requirements
uf0b7 Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable
