Job Title: Real Estate Field Surveyor

Job Summary:

A Real Estate Field Surveyor is responsible for collecting, verifying, and analyzing data related to property boundaries, topographical features, and land dimensions to support real estate transactions, development projects, and legal compliance. This role requires expertise in surveying tools and techniques, fieldwork,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Survey and Measurement:

Conduct on-site surveys to determine land boundaries, dimensions, and elevations.

Measure and map out property lines, features, and topographical data using GPS,

2. Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather accurate and detailed information about the property, including physical features, utilities.

Prepare and maintain detailed field notes, sketches, and records.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinate with employes of developers, architects, and legal professionals to provide accurate survey data.

Address inquiries from clients and resolve discrepancies regarding land boundaries or survey results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equilent

Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license for travel to survey sites.

Work Environment:

The role involves a mix of outdoor fieldwork and office-based reporting. Field surveyors must be prepared to work in different terrains and weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
