Field Supervisor
Job Description
The role of field supervisor is for a logistic company which will ensures supervising 10-15 DCD ( Delivery cum Driver) with EV (Three Wheeler Vehicle) maintaining them to increase productivity and compliance with safety protocols. Need to monitor daily operation that the shipments are delivered at doorsteps on time . Have to handle any kind of escalations on road faced by the DCD and keep ready manpower and vehicle for back up as and when required. The most important have to recruit manpower as when needed and retain them for overall benefit for the company.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per hour
