Company Description PRATHAM SECURITY GUARDS PRIVATE LIMITED is a security services company that is based out of Delhi, India. Our mission is to provide our clients with security and peace of mind by delivering high-quality and reliable security services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rewa for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will oversee the security services provided to our clients and will be responsible for ensuring that our security personnel are performing their duties effectively. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, and liaising with clients. Qualifications Experience working in the security industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in supervising and managing security personnel Knowledge of security systems and procedures Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends/holidays Certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred
