Job Description

A Solar Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of solar energy systems.

roles and responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage solar installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and direct field technicians and installation teams, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all installations adhere to industry standards and safety regulations, and conduct inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for any issues that arise during installation or maintenance.
• Scheduling and Logistics: Plan and schedule work assignments, coordinate with suppliers for necessary materials and equipment, and manage inventory.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered, and report these to upper management.
• Customer Relations: Interface with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
