• Accomplishes projects by resource objectives by scheduling, disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, controlling work performance; adhering to policies and procedures. Optimal usage of given resources will be one of the prime responsibilities.
• Meets budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Maintaining cordial relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
