Job Summary

The Field Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties

Supervise construction activities on-site Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Utilize ProCore software for project management Manage and lead a team of construction workers Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Monitor progress and quality of work Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Conduct regular inspections of the construction site Assist in budgeting and cost control measures

Qualifications

Previous experience in supervising construction projects Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes Familiarity with Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up drawings Ability to interpret construction documents accurately Excellent communication and leadership skills Understanding of budgeting principles in a construction setting
