Field Staff Marketing
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Staff Marketing professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and collect data from potential students and unemployed youth, with a focus on female candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify potential students.
Collect and maintain accurate data on potential leads.
Build strong relationships with potential students and their families.
Promote our educational programs and courses.
Assist in organizing and conducting admission processes.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people.
Proficiency in Malayalam language.
Basic computer skills.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
referred Qualifications:
Prior experience in field sales or marketing. Knowledge of the local education market.
