Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Nagpur. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the customer\'s installed base of equipment is regularly maintained through preventive maintenance, field service, and technical support activities. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and handling customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Field service experience, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems Strong technical support skills Preventive maintenance experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) or relevant field Experience in the inkjet printing industry is a plus
