About the Role of Service Engineer The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer\'s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as perform necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician/ Engineer to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. Job Title: Service Engineer Education: Minimum ITI or Diploma Year of Experience: 2-5 years Industry: Healthtech/ medical equipment Healthcare or devices or start-up background is an added edge. Roles and Responsibilities Installation of the Machines. Educate and train customers on the use of machines, software, and applications. Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting First Time Resolution of the machines handled. Manage Spares Inventory Build positive relationships with customers. Payment Collection Competencies: Positive attitude, adaptability, go-getter attitude, Strong time management skills, Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, Ethical and trustworthy, Street-smart, Self-starter Skills Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills both written and verbal so that he/she is clear in driving down the message to his team Customer management Problem-solving and Negotiation Decision making Prioritization Additional Information Result-oriented way of working with ownership and responsibility Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals and objectives. Having a valid Driving License and a bike.
