• Maintenance & Repair : Diagnose and repair technical issues with equipment on-site, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by addressing technical concerns, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation : Record and document all service visits, repairs, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Testing & Calibration : Perform regular testing and calibration of equipment to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Technical Training : Educate customers on basic operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Compliance & Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
