Position Summary:This position shall be based in Bengaluru Region and required training shall be provided @ Ahmedabad. Post completion of training the same will be shifted to respective regional location as Service Engineers.Work Youll Do:\xc2\xb7 To Provide End-to-end support to customers from Installation of Machines to breakdown calls, machine problems, Spare Support, Training for Machine Operating, Processing Problems, etc.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers.\xc2\xb7 Developing & Implementation of the Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine & further ensuring the Global Action of All Machines.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome the problem.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining the records of each machine by timely entries in the FSL.\xc2\xb7 Generation of Spare Parts Business & Developing the Spare Parts recommendation.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for installation and servicing of all machines in the region.\xc2\xb7 Providing support to customers for Mould Trials and process optimization.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Assembly of Machines & Machines operations at Customer Site.\xc2\xb7 Provide training to customers for Machine Operating & Trouble Shooting.\xc2\xb7 Submitting the Field return part to the factory for analysis as well as to recover the cost of warranty of the part.\xc2\xb7 Releasing flash for parts failure.\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer training and customer care visits.Team:Bengaluru RegionMahalley Sarin (AH) - Kiran Kumar (AL) - Service EngineerBasic Qualifications:Diploma / Graduation in Electrical & Electronics / MechatronicsWork Experience:Maximum 2-3 years in maintenance or testing of Injection Molding machinesWho we are:Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
