Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Service Sales Representative to join our team in the UPS industry. The ideal candidate will be a female professional fluent in Kannada or Tamil, responsible for driving sales and managing service contracts, particularly focusing on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS services and AMCs.

Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.

Service Coordination:

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Monitor and manage the execution of AMCs, ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the UPS or electrical industry.

Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

Skills:

Proficiency in Kannada and/or Tamil is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
