:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service & Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an ITI qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have substantial experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Cranes .
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for EOT cranes and related equipment at customer locations. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' operations remain safe, efficient, and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of EOT cranes to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in EOT crane systems.
• Perform emergency breakdown maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out installations, commissioning, and upgrades of crane systems as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures while working on-site.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on crane operations and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Educational Qualification:
• ITI Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience working with EOT cranes .
• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Experience with troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairs in an industrial environment.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of crane systems, motors, controls, and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment for crane maintenance.
• Field Experience:
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites for field service duties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
