: Field Service Engineer (LED Lighting)
Location: Gujarat, India
Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, installation, and maintenance of LED lighting products at customer sites. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install and commission LED lighting systems and components.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on LED lighting products.
• Repair: Diagnose and repair faulty LED lighting equipment.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to LED lighting systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
