Field Service Engineer Responsibilities
Job Description
Should have technical knowledge on electronic products such as Ac,TV,refrigerator,Washing Machine. * Analyse the condition of electronic products and also analyse the value of given electronic equipment. * Understand the cost to be incurred in rectifying the electronic product * Assessing the products on-site and need to travel. * Diploma degree in engineering or similar is preferred. * A bachelor\'s degree in engineering is preferred. * A relevant certificate or license is advantageous. * A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel. * Excellent active listening and customer service skills. * The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed. * The ability to remain professional under pressure. * Superb work ethic and a growth mindset. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9400,000.00 per month Schedule:
