Field Service Executive The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer\'s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and Duties The FSE performs the major functions listed below The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change : \xc2\xb7 Supervise, Arrange and implement complete delivery of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s to respective customer with help of Service coordinator \xc2\xb7 Complete Installation followed by IQ,OQ and PQ \xc2\xb7 Demonstration to customer \xc2\xb7 Calibration of Instruments in house or get it done through respective vendors \xc2\xb7 Basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on all equipment. \xc2\xb7 Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. \xc2\xb7 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. \xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. AMC reports , AMC renewal charts , Calibration charts, \xc2\xb7 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. \xc2\xb7 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales. \xc2\xb7 Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. \xc2\xb7 The ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 50 lbs. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, HIPPA, OSHA and FDA. Qualifications & Requirements The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities, would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

• Education - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Diploma - Any Specialization

\xc2\xb7 Must have experience servicing Laboratory equipment \xe2\x80\x93 Refrigerators , Freezers , Centrifuges , Oven ,Incubators , Water bath \xc2\xb7 Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in equipment to Govt. Hospitals and Medical Institutions & Pharmaceuticals companies

\xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and good driving record is required. \xc2\xb7 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in the medical Equipments industry preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job. \xc2\xb7 Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. \xc2\xb7 Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. \xc2\xb7 Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
