Job Title: Service/Installation/Application Engineer for Laser Diode Machines

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (dependent on interview performance)

Job Overview: We are seeking a Service Engineer for the servicing and maintenance of medical equipment, particularly Laser Diode machines. Candidates with experience in computer hardware and software installation and assembly are encouraged to apply for a bright future in the biomedical field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Travel to client sites to provide on-site support.
• Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Conduct performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
