Role : Male Field Service Engineer (Switch Mode ,Power Supplies, SMPS, UPS ,Inverters)

Experience : 1 - 3 Yrs.

Job Location : Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.

Salary : Rs.10,000 - Rs.20,000 Per Month

Education : ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics Field.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Key Skills:

• Check Switch Mode, Power Supplies, SMPS, UPS , Battery chargers & identify fault.
• Maintenance of Switch Mode, Power Supplies, SMPS, UPS , Battery chargers.
• Make Fault Reports.
• Interact With the Client & the Customers.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Should have experienced about Switch Mode, Power Supplies, SMPS, UPS , Battery chargers Servicing & Charger section.

2. Should be able to understand how to analyse fault in the SMPS, UPS, Battery charger.

3. Should able to know how to prepare basic report for faulty chargers.

4. Should able to know how to make receiving and providing report and send it to the head office team on time.

5. Should be able to visit customer's place to resolve their complaints.

6. Provide training on installation, commissioning & maintenance or use of the battery charger.

7. Accountable to carry out service calls in a timely manner.

8. Accountable for closing the customer complain in time and upto the satisfaction of the customer.

9. Accountable for sending all required documents to head office as per the lead time.

10. Accountable to send back the faulty material back to head office in time.

11. Feedback to back office support Preventive maintenance Perform routine preventive maintenance of power electronics equipment as per schedule.

12. Respond to emergency service calls, diagnosis and repair systems as needed as per the given TAT.

13. Perform Quality Control and Site Inspections as required.

14. Provide service response, on call service as needed Breakdown services, Troubleshooting problems and providing proper diagnostics and suggested solutions if spare parts are needed or repairs

15. Provide service response, on call service as needed Documentation, Reports - Commissioning reports, Occupancy reports, Service reports, Fault report, Traveling Expense report and Customer satisfaction feedback form.

16. Establish, promote and maintain excellent customer relations

17. Assure customer satisfaction on all visits collect system performance certificates.

18. Training Internal Customers; Train customer on SOP (Safe operating procedure) of Chargers.

19. Fault reporting and get self-trained on new products and refresher training as per schedule.

20. Maintain child parts kit to attend to service calls in the field and try to repair the chargers.
