Qualification: Diploma(EEE /ECE)/ ITI fresher or 1 to 2 years Exp in inkjet/ Laser Printing..
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
? Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and determine appropriate solutions.
? Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
? Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
? Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment.
? Keep accurate records of service activities, including equipment repairs and customer
interactions.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
