Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Hyderabad, India. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer\xe2\x80\x99s operations and eliminate pain points. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. Qualifications for the role

• You are engaged in our service function where you enjoy working with servicing of medium voltage switchgear products
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in servicing, commissioning, installation and testing of MV switchgear products with 5 to 8 years of experience in switchgear domain
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical engineering with proven experience in switchgear service
• You are at ease communicating in English, Telugu & Hindi
