Job Summary:

Rayzon Solar is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our EPC team in Surat. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning:
• Supervise and execute the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar power systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components.
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and other stakeholders on system operation and maintenance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of installation, maintenance, and service activities.
• Prepare and submit reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and customer feedback.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the solar industry or EPC sector.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, and batteries.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in solar energy or electrical systems (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoors and at heights.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment.
