Key Responsibilities:
Response to customer complaints
Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
Works alongside with technical sales engineers
Service call receives regarding technical problem calls of machines.
Responsibility of Installation of machine/ Operate the machine/ Trouble shooting.
Provide Demonstration of the machine to the visitors.
Responsible to provide telephonic and online service support to customer as and when required.
Make the service report during service visit and discuss with HOD regarding problems and new requirements of customers.
Responsible to carry our periodic preventive maintenance of machine as per schedule.
Daily reporting to service head/ technical head.
