We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. We believe in providing turnkey solutions from design, manufacturing to after sales maintenance. HYT is widely acclaimed for its design excellence, innovation and customer centric attitude.:-1. Monitor day-to-day maintenance and service complaints.2. Create maintenance/Service plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.3. Work on CAPA.4. Address client issues with the help of the CRM team.5. Conduct a breakdown analysis.6. Monitor timely machine PMC, AMC, and repair.7. Focus on improving planned maintenance.8. Conduct case studies for various repeated problems.9. Provide training to service employees.10. Monitor the plans and statuses of all service engineers.11. Follow up on all types of manufacturing materials required during warranty, breakdowns, and AMC.12. Prepare site-required material purchase requisitions (PR), follow up on PR materials, and maintain records.13. Coordinate with customers for attending breakdowns, warranty, and AMC-related work and letters.14. Monitor and control work safety as a Safety Core Committee member.15. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.16. Travel extensively in the region to resolve maintenance-related problems.17. Be responsible for promptly closing customer complaints on a war footing basis in coordination with the team.18. Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing, and other departments to execute Service Activities Smoothly.19. Have basic knowledge of CNC machines.20. Have basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical work.21. Be a team player.22. Exhibit a positive work approach.23.
