Currently, we are seeking a Service Engineer for our Delhi location to assist in machine installation, maintenance, repair, and service-related tasks.

Job Summary:

1. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for machine installation, maintenance, repair, and service activities.

2. This role involves fieldwork, where you will visit customer locations to provide hands-on solutions for working with laser machines.

3. Candidate should be good in English communication, possess their own means of transportation (bike/car)

4. Conduct machine installations and ensure proper functioning according to specifications.

5. Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer communication and working experience on using excel or software.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service activities

Required Qualifications:

• Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Ability to provide service at customer locations and travel as required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation (bike/car) for fieldwork.
