We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our mission of delivering high-quality products and services

Job Summary:

• The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for injection molding machines and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of injection molding processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Installation & Commissioning:

• Install and commission new injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure machines are set up according to specifications and operational requirements.

Maintenance & Repair:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines to prevent unexpected downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

Technical Support:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing and resolving operational issues.
• Assist customers with process optimization and troubleshooting to improve product quality and efficiency.

Customer Service:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to management on machine performance and customer issues.

Field Support:

• Travel to customer sites to perform service activities.
• Be available for on-call support and emergency repairs as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
