As a Field Service Engineer, you will apply technical expertise, peer collaborating, diagnosis tools and analytical practices to resolve customer issues, taking care of our customer IT operations by delivering outstanding on-site support.You will:

  • Plan and lead services for assigned accounts.
  • Drive timely onsite services such as break-fix support and proactive maintenance.
  • Seek resolution to drive closure of complex issues.
  • Code upgrade of various products.
  • Keep abreast of technology and our service offerings.

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Field Working experience of at least 3 -5 years as customer engineer / Field Engineer providing break-fix support.
  • Working knowledge of DELL Technologies storage products which includes PowerMAX, Symmetrix, Unity, Isilon, ECS, DD etc.
  • Industry certification from Linux, Windows, VMware or Networking
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant Dell EMC product certification at Professional Specialist Level
