We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sweets, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for sweets and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
