The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in an assigned territory. They will also generate new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish sales strategies, forecast sales pipelines, and meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree, Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably in the food industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategy. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to travel within assigned territory to meet customers.
