Shish Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Designation : Field Sales Representative

Location: Andhra Pradesh

Experience Level: 1-2 years or above

Responsibilities:

• Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through field sales efforts and strategic marketing activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and vendors to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales to drive revenue growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management using Excel and other tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B sales.
• Strong revenue generation techniques and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship management skills with distributors and vendors.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
