Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by generating new business leads, converting prospects into customers, and upselling/cross-selling our products.
2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our modular kitchen products, features, and benefits.
4. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
5. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements
1. Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the furniture/modular kitchen industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Technical: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales automation tools.
5. Language: Fluency in [English].
