We're seeking an aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase products/services.
4. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each customer.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Market Intelligence and Research:
1. Gather market insights to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
1. Develop and manage sales plans, forecasts, and pipelines.
2. Track sales performance and provide regular progress reports.
3. Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies.
Administrative:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
2. Manage sales expenses and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of field sales experience in a similar industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
