Job Summary : BVS Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling automotive care products, including car shampoo, polishes, and other professional products, to car showrooms, car detailing centers, and offline retailer shops.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting offline sales activities to promote and sell automotive care products.
• Collecting payments from clients.
• Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about competitor products and market trends.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market in Dehradun.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills and Competencies :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using sales software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Compensation :

• 25,000 - 40,000 INR per month, with additional incentives based on performance.
