Key Responsibilities
• Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Build a strong pipeline of leads through direct visits, referrals, and cold calling.
• Sales Targets:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Maintain consistent sales growth by promoting the company's products and services.
• Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Market Research:
• Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the sales manager for strategy enhancement.
• Reporting:
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Update CRM or company tools with accurate customer details and sales activities.
