Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories.
2. Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors, project managers, and distributors.
3. Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations.
4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to address client-specific needs.
5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
7. Provide after-sales support and ensure product delivery aligns with customer expectations.
Preference Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of rebar couplers, sonic tubes, cone ties, and related products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
