Field Sales & Marketing Representative - Weighbridge & Truck Scale (Male only)

Location: Coimbatore but 100% travel as per requirement

Work Schedule: Full-time, Incentive based target oriented

Age Requirement: Maximum 37 years

Experience: 04 to 10 years in Sales, preferably in industrial equipment like weighbridges or truck scales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote, brand, and sell weighbridge and truck scale products in the assigned territory.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding set sales targets
• Drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities within the region.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Cold calling, prospecting, and generating leads to expand the customer base
• Engage in direct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote weighbridge and truck scale solutions.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed
• Work closely with distributors and dealers to drive product sales and ensure effective distribution
• Educate potential customers about the advantages of the company's products and solutions.
• Demonstrate products, conduct site assessments, and provide accurate technical information to clients and dealers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local distributor and dealers, helping them drive sales and meet their targets.
• Keep clients informed of any new product offerings, promotions, or industry developments that may benefit them.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools or other reporting systems.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including target progress, leads, and sales closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years to a maximum of 10 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, specifically with weighbridges or truck scale products .
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Tamil and Hindi are most preferred
• In-depth knowledge of weighbridge and truck scale products and related technologies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills. A valid two-wheel is preferred for ease of travel across the region
