• Customer relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving complaints
• Sales goals : Meeting or exceeding sales quotas by making cold calls, renewing client contracts, and telling clients about sales or new products
• Product knowledge : Being knowledgeable about the product and explaining its features to customers
• Sales process : Identifying prospective customers, generating leads, negotiating prices and terms, and preparing sales agreements
