Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales to distributors and driving secondary sales within a designated area. You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring effective sales growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and local retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Sales to Distributors
• Act as the main point of contact for all distributors in the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our full product line to distributors.
• Conduct product presentations and training for distributor teams, ensuring product knowledge and key selling points are understood.
• Negotiate terms of sales, including pricing, shipping, and other arrangements, to optimize distributor orders.
• Monitor stock levels at distributor locations and assist in reorders as necessary.
• Secondary Sales Development
• Build relationships with local retailers and other key customers within the distributor's area to increase product visibility and availability.
• Regularly visit retailers, assisting them with product placement, promotions, and addressing any concerns to maintain optimal customer satisfaction.
• Provide merchandising support, including setting up displays, monitoring shelf stock, and ensuring product visibility in retail locations.
• Drive demand through promotional activities and educate retailers on new and existing products.
• Market Analysis and Reporting
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities for growth in both primary and secondary sales.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing territory performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
• Track sales targets, and report on distribution levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize market strategy.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributor partners, retail managers, and customers in the field.
• Address any complaints, returns, or product inquiries promptly to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement local promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
