We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business by building strong relationships with our customers on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits and Client Engagement:
• Visit ongoing construction sites within the assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers and pitch our construction materials to meet their project needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with site managers, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate the value of our materials.
• Sales and Order Management:
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our construction materials.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Customer Service and Support:
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or deliveries.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Provide feedback to the team on client needs and market trends.
• Credit Collection:
• Monitor outstanding credit payments from clients.
• Coordinate with clients to collect overdue payments in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and payments.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and site visits.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, site visits, and market feedback.
• Use CRM software to update and manage client information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to various construction sites on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
