We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Field Sales Executives . This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal one year experience who are eager to build their careers in sales. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell our products/services to potential customers, offering excellent customer service and contributing to the company's growth

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:

• Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Present and explain company products/services to prospects.
• Support in achieving daily/weekly sales goals.

Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

• Address basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients.
• Participate in promotional activities or events organized by the company.
• Maintain a record of daily sales activities and submit reports to the team leader or manager.
• Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Attend training sessions to understand product features, sales techniques, and market trends.
• Shadow senior sales executives to learn effective field sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
