Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Field Sales Executive

with

1 to 3 years of experience

in selling

solar projects

within the

renewable energy sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales for

solar EPC projects

targeted at residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This role requires extensive fieldwork, strong client relationship management, and technical understanding of solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. Meet potential clients to understand their energy needs and propose suitable

solar EPC solutions

. Pitch and sell

end-to-end solar projects

including design, installation, and maintenance services. Conduct site visits, assess feasibility, and coordinate with the technical team for system design and proposal preparation. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, facility managers, and sustainability heads. Work closely with internal teams for smooth project execution and after-sales support. Stay updated on

solar energy trends, policies, and competitor activities

to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience

in

field sales

within the

solar EPC sector

or related renewable energy sales. Strong understanding of

solar project sales, net metering, subsidies, and financing options

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively. Bachelor's degree in

engineering, business, or a related field

is preferred but not mandatory.
