Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and work under the guidance of the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts to drive growth for Chaichun's tea products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tea industry and develop essential skills in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Initiatives: Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies to promote Chaichun's tea products and meet sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and keep up with competitor activities.
Assist in Distributor Management: Help in identifying, finalizing, and managing distributors for the tea products.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in developing promotional materials, including product descriptions, brochures, and presentations.
Sales Reporting: Track and monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Event Participation: Support the team in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent Chaichun's products.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have prior experience in packet tea sales and an understanding of how to work with distributors.
Sales Background: Experience in the tea industry or FMCG sector is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively under the Sales Manager, as well as independently on assigned tasks.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze market data and trends.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
