Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Jaipur
Salary: Up to 15,000 INR per month + Travelling Allowance + Incentives
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the designated region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will actively engage with customers, identify business opportunities, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Promote and sell company products/services to potential and existing customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Regularly track progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products/services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Report daily/weekly sales performance to management.
• Market Research: Monitor the competition and local market trends to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Travel & Meetings: Travel regularly within the designated territory to meet clients, conduct sales presentations, and attend sales meetings.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with the local market in Jaipur.
