: Field Sales Representative Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 6 months to 1 year Salary: Up to ?15,000 per month Education: Bachelor's degree Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 3. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. 4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. 5. Provide product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations. 6. Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity to the sales manager. 7. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings. 8. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or a related role. Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Familiarity with the local market in Jaipur. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
