Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Eduno International Olympiad programs to schools across their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential schools to promote Eduno International Olympiad
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers
• Present our Olympiad programs effectively to school management
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of school visits and follow-ups
• Travel within assigned territory (primarily within own city, with occasional outstation visits)
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and market feedback
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in educational sales (preferred)
• Previous experience in selling educational products/services to schools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel regularly for school visits
