Job Summary: As a Field Sales Representative working remotely, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our products/services to businesses within your assigned territory. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products/services.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update leads/opportunities, and manage tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing a customer base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Technical proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
