This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Management:
  • Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property tours and present features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client database.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Market properties through various platforms, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
  • Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with legal, financial, and other professionals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager regarding sales performance and market conditions.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
